Rosemary and Garlic Roasted New Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
  • 16 large new potatoes, scrubbed and cut into relatively uniform chunks

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 °F.

Spray a glass baking dish with cooking spray. Place the olive oil, garlic, rosemary and salt and pepper, to taste, in a large re-sealable plastic bag. Add the potatoes, seal and toss to coat evenly. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Roast the potatoes for about 30 to 40 minutes until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.

just wanted to say to paula i feel she is part of the family because we all are from georgia. was born in statesboro and grandmother lived there til she passed. have an aunt in savannah. i have seen alot of her shows and talk about her family and i have family in most of those places. so i feel like she is family. and to hear her talk and like being with my family. she is truly a great person and surely blessed. thank you paula for being you.
