Tracie’s Couscous Salad

Ingredients
- 1 box cooked couscous (garlic parmesan)
- 1 can chick peas
- 1 finely chopped red pepper
- 1/2 chopped Vidalia onion
- 1 peeled and seeded, finely chopped English cucumber
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 to 3 juiced limes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions
In a bowl, add all ingredients. Toss and add oil or lime juice to taste.
