My husband absolutely loves this recipe. I make sure to use extra sharp cheddar - it gives it a wonderful flavor. Also, for those who are complaining about it being dry, make sure you are making the correct amount of macaroni. 4 cups of cooked macaroni is about 1 1/2 cups of uncooked pasta.

This is the best Mac n cheese I have ever ate. I ate it for the first time in Pigeon Forge at her restaurant this September and I just had to find the recipe! It's delish!!

I ate at Paula Deens restraunt last weekend in Pigeon Forge, TN, and was very impressed with the Mac and cheese. I hope this recipe is half as good as that dish was. I'm making it for a family reunion tomorrow. I am almost ready to go back to the eatery to get more!
