Stove-Top Low Country Boil for 2

Ingredients
- enough water to cover all ingredients
- 4 red potatoes, left whole
- 2 tablespoons seafood seasoning, plus more to taste
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 ears of corn
- 2 (4-inch) links smoked sausage
- 1 pound fresh shrimp
Directions
Fill a large pot with enough water to cover all of the ingredients. Add the seafood boil seasoning, salt, and garlic, and bring to a boil. Adjust the seasoning to suit your taste. When the water boils, add the potatoes, boiling until they’re half-cooked. Then, add the corn and sausage, cooking for 10-15 minutes or until everything is cooked completely. Add shrimp and cook for no more than 3 minutes. Drain, season with more of the seafood boil seasoning, and serve with warm bread.
