Sour Cream Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 2 sticks melted butter
  • 2 cups sour cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 °F.

Combine all ingredients and spoon into small, un-greased muffin tins. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

I have made these several times and my family loves them. We have had no issues with them not cooking correctly. There is a light tang from the sour cream and they are buttery soft in the middle. Truly a great recipe.

I have made these muffins many times and they are a family favorite. They have a slight tang from the sour cream and they are buttery soft in the middle. I have never had any issues with them not cooking correctly. Definitely a great recipe!

I just cook Paula's sour cream muffins. I have wasted the incredients twice. They do not cook in the center of the muffin. I left the 2nd batch in for 35min. I used a regular cupcake/muffin tin. What could the problem be? I'm very upset over the money it has cost me and still no muffins.
