Snow Peas With Orange Liqueur

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 10-ounce packages frozen snow peas
- 1 8-ounce can drained sliced water chestnuts
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur
- 5 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon or 1 1/2 tablespoons dried mint chopped fresh mint
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and add the sugar. Drop in the snow peas and cook until barely tender, drain, and return to pan. Add the water chestnuts, orange liqueur, butter, mint, and salt. Cook over medium-low heat until heated through.
