Pulled Sticky Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
Pulled Sticky Chicken Sandwiches
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts with rib meat
- Kosher salt, to taste
- black pepper , to taste
- 4 brioche hamburger buns
- coleslaw, for topping
Sticky Sauce
- ½ cup Durkee Famous Sandwich & Salad Sauce
- ½ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
Directions
Pulled Sticky Chicken Sandwiches
Season the chicken breasts with Kosher salt & black pepper.
Place chicken breasts on the top rack of a pellet grill. Smoke the chicken breasts at 225˚F for 3 hours until the internal temperature reaches 165˚F.
Remove the chicken from the grill, then pull the chicken from the bone before tossing it in the sticky sauce.
Add the saucy chicken to a Brioche bun then top it with coleslaw.
Sticky Sauce
Heat all ingredients in a saucepan on the stove top until well combined.
