Potato Salad with Beans & Peas

Ingredients
- 1 bag of small potatoes, halved
- 1 cup mayonnaise, plus more to taste (or half mayonnaise, half sour cream)
- salt, to taste
- black pepper , to taste
- Paula Deen House Seasoning, to taste
- 1 can peas, drained
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 1 can broad beans, drained
- ½ onion, chopped
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions
Boil the potatoes in salted water until just tender.
In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the salt, pepper, and house seasoning, to taste. Fold in the rest of the ingredients, until well combined.
