Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- ¼ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces pepperoni slices
Directions
Preheat oven to 325˚F.
Unroll the crescent dough and pinch together the seams of the triangles until you have sheets of dough. Cut each lenghthwise into 1″-wide strips.
Spread a thin layer of sauce over each and sprinkle with both cheeses.
Then, add the pepperoni, overlapping them, to the top half of each strip, letting the pepperoni stick off one side. Tightly roll each strip to form a rose.
Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray, and add the roses to the pan. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden-brown.
