Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 1 loaf Italian bread, broken into pieces
- 1 - 20 ounce can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup granulated sugar
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400° F.
Grease a baking pan (9×9 or 9×13)
Melt the butter over low heat.
Cover the pan completely with broken pieces of Italian bread.
Whisk the eggs together in a large bowl (the more you whisk, the fluffier the pudding!) Add the eggs to the melted butter, sugar, and crushed pineapple. Stir until combined.
Pour the mixture over the bread pieces and bake until bubbly and golden brown on top, about 30-40 minutes. Enjoy warm or chilled!
