Pennsylvania Baked Corn

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- salt, to taste
- black pepper , to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 cup milk or evaporated milk
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
Directions
Preheat oven to 375˚F.
Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients, then fold in creamed and whole kernel corn. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry. Do not over-mix.
Pour mixture into a shallow glass baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until firm.
