Peach-Glazed Chicken Drummers

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups diced peaches
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 small finely chopped jalapeño
- 8 (drummers) chicken legs
- to taste kosher salt
- freshly ground, to taste black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 °F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a food processor, add peaches, agave, olive oil, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, jalapeño, salt and pepper to taste. Pulse until smooth. Reserve 1/4 cup in a separate bowl.
Place chicken legs on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush chicken legs with glaze. Bake for 40-45 minutes. When finished, baste with the reserved peach glaze. Serve with your favorite side salad.
