Mrs. Salter’s Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup (4X grain size recommended) confectioner's sugar
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Directions

Whip cream with 1/4 cup sugar. Mix all other ingredients until smooth and fold in whipped cream until well blended. Pour mixture into a graham cracker crust and chill for several hours before serving.

Absolutely delicious! We used an Oreo crust and put frozen, chopped up Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. This is a once a month must have at our house!

Hey Paula. Your Peanut Butter Pie recipe shows 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream with 1/4 cup sugar but in your video you say 1/3 cup sugar. Verify please.

You can use 1/3 up to 1/4 depening on how sweet you would like your whipping cream.
