Mint & Lemon Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, chopped
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- juice of one lemon
- 3 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
- salt
- black pepper
- Paula Deen House Seasoning, to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, season to taste. Allow flavors to marry together. Serve with salad leaves, cucumber, tomatoes, and garlic bread.
