Mini Pecan Tarts

Ingredients
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ⅔ cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
Directions
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Combine sugar, flour, and pecans in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together the butter and eggs.
Stir together the wet and dry ingredients, and spoon evenly into greased mini-muffin tins.
Bake for 10 minutes or until edges start to brown. It should be slightly gooey in the middle.
