Best ever! Love this recipe. I use Capt Morgan Spiced Rum in mine. I have found the contents will separate a bit in the punch bowl if it sits too long, but a quick stir before ladeling out and it's perfect again, so not a complaint...just an observation. This one's a keeper!

I think I will try both. I flipped my screen and could make out the egg beater recipe, so will post it for those who couldnt see it. Manja's Homemade Eggnog Prep 10 minutes using a blender Servings 1 1/2 to 2 quarts Ingredients 1/2 pint (1 cup) whipping cream, whipped (do this first in beater) until lightly whipped 2 eggs (use equivalent of low cholesterol egg beater eggs) 1 can (15 oz) low-fat Eagle brand milk 1 Tsp vanilla flavoring 1/4 Tsp salt 1 quart milk Optional nutmeg Directions 1. Using blend, whip the 1 cup whipping cream in blender 2. Add last 5 ingredients together with whipping cream , and blend well into whipping cream mixture in blender (may need to make this in two batches - depends on size of blender and combine together). 3. Pour into container for refrigeration. Serve immediately in individual clear glasses. Option fresh ground nutmeg

This an updated Blender or stick blender version that uses Egg beaters (not cooked). Much more simple to make and very delicious- turning non-eggnog people (tried that boxed, nasty stuff at the grocery) into eggnog lovers. Enjoy and Merry Christmas ? from our house to yours!

I'd really like to use this 'Egg beaters' eggnog recipe...but the picture is so tiny I can't read it. I searched the internet - no luck. Could you please re-post the printed portion? Thanks -- and Merry Christmas!

Can I cut this recipe in 1/2 without any issues?

Shouldn't be an issue for any reason I've made it in alll kinds of quantities.
