Ingredients
- 1 (4-pound) beef tenderloin
- 4 lobster tails, taken out of the shell
- 2 tablespoons Paula Deen Steak Seasoning
- 2 cups Chardonnay
- 2 sticks butter
- 3 tablespoons garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Cut a slit ¾ of the way through the beef tenderloin. Completely coat the top of the beef tenderloin with steak seasoning.
In a saucepan, combine the butter, Chardonnay, and garlic powder until melted and mixed together.
In a small bowl, cut lobster in large chunks. Pour butter sauce over the lobster and let sit for 5 minutes.
Stuff lobster into the opening of the beef tenderloin. Pour any remaining butter sauce over the lobster. If you like, tie off the tenderloin with kitchen twine to hold in the lobster stuffing.
Place the beef tenderloin on a baking sheet. Bake in oven for 30 to 40 minutes. The outside of the beef will be pink and lobster should be cooked through.
