Lemon Tarts

Ingredients

  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 6 frozen mini tart shells
  • optional topping whipped cream

Directions

Mix eggs, lemon juice, sour cream and confectioner’s sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add mixture to empty frozen tart shells. Bake in oven for 15-18 minutes at 325 °F. Top with whipped cream. (optional)

I really like the look of your recipe but for those of us ouside of the US it would be good if you could specify diameter of tart shells and whether they are pre-cooked or not. Thanks so much for sharing your skills with us.
