Honeydew-Cucumber Mint Smoothies

Ingredients
- 3 cups peeled and cubed honeydew
- 1 cup chopped unpeeled English cucumber
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cups ice cubes
Directions
In the container of a blender, combine melon, cucumber, honey, mint and lime juice; process until well blended. Add ice cubes, and process until smooth. Garnish each serving with cucumber and mint, if desired. Serve immediately.
