Good Morning Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 peeled and cut into chunks banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups stems removed, roughly chopped kale
  • 1/2 cup low fat greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon optional artificial sweetner

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend until smooth, about 1 full minute. Add a little water if you need to loosen it up.

Very good! The only thing I changed is I reduced the water to 1 cup and increased the ice to 1 cup, and that makes it extra cold and thick.
