Fruit Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
- 4 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 cups grated coconut
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup granola cereal
- 1 1/2 cups strawberry yogurt
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
Directions
For the granola:
Preheat oven to 350 °F. Toss all together and place onto a cooking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool.
In serving glasses, layer granola, yogurt, and fruit as desired. Serve immediately, or cover, and chill for up to 2 hours.
