Clara’s Popcorn Delight

Servings: 24-30 balls
Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz) bag microwave popcorn
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 bag mini marshmallows
- cooking spray
Directions
Pop popcorn in microwave according to package directions.
Gently melt butter in a saucepan and slowly add marshmallows. Cook on low heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted.
Add popcorn to marshmallow mixture and mix well.
When cool enough to handle, roll mixture into whatever size balls you wish (use cooking spray on your hands to prevent sticking). Place on a lined cookie tray. Makes up to 24-30 balls.
