Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 small onion
- 2 cans beef consomme
- 1 cup rice
Directions
Cut onion into small pieces. Chip margarine over onion, add rice, then consomme. Bake, covered, in a 350 °F oven for 1 hour.
