Bobby’s Bacon & Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 6 slices sliced bacon
- 1 1/2 lbs trimmed and quartered Brussels sprouts
- 1 pinch to taste kosher salt
- 1 pinch to taste black pepper
Directions
Add sliced bacon to a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
When the fat has begun to render, toss in Brussels sprouts and sauté until crisp, about 6 minutes.
Season the Brussels sprouts to taste with salt and pepper.
