Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1 can diced pimento
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 (15 oz) can small english peas
- 1 (15 oz) can french cut green beans
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
Directions
Drain the two cans of green beans and peas, and combine with onions, pepper, pimento and celery in small pot. Bring to a boil and set aside to cool.
Dressing:
Mix sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil and add to liquid. Let set in the refrigerator overnight. Can be kept up to 2 weeks.
