I'm curious. As to why the recipe here is so different than Paula's video? What happened to the evaporated milk? That sounded real good and the turbinado sugar did too? Please advise. Thank you. Celeste p.s. I watch Paula's video all the time and Love them All!! I'm a huge fan!!????????????

This is not the rice pudding recipe you made in the video . You used sweetened condensed milk , I could not tell if it was 1 egg or more and I think a half stick of butter. The ramekins were put on a cookie sheet but not baked in a water bath. No other milk was added to the rice. You couldn’t find where you placed this recipe so we’re going to post it for the exact ingredients. This is a recipe Paula and her cousin came up with looked really good. Could you send the recipe from the video ? Thank you I love listening to you cook in the kitchen.

I've made this recipe well over a dozen times and it sets up properly every time. And it tastes great to boot. A great recipe.

It should have read "milks" to include both!

Why is recipe different than video recipe?

Hi, I was just wondering why the recipe that Paula was working on in this video is different than the recipe shared here?  This recipe does not have the sweetened condensed milk nor the turbinado sugar. Is there any reason for this?? Please advise.  Thank you so much!!

She started with this recipe and then tweaked it as she went! Both are great versions!
