This is the second recipe I have tried from Paula’s recipe quest mobile game. Great recipes and a great game! I used an extra quarter cup of brown sugar. I made it the night before and we had it for breakfast the next morning. The bread was mildly sweet. It was so good with butter and a hot cup of coffee! We all liked it. I will probably use sweetened applesauce next time for just a little more added sugar.

Dear Paula; I have always loved you and your shows. The thing is I live on a fixed income, we moved back too what I have always called my mountains (Smokey Mountains) we live in a very small town now; in Harriman. I love my home and have found the enter farm girl. The house needs work; as my daughter called it a work in progress. I try too plant a small garden every year but the last few I have done it in planters. Paula I want to say you have been very inspirational to me.I know make homemade bread. use fresh herbs and love the country. Just want to say thank you and God bless you and your family. Hope one day we can come to your restaurant. One more thing my son and his beautiful wife are moving up here in the next few months, she is a chief and will be looking for work. The past few years she has left for New Hampton to work in a private home doing cleaning and cooking. Maybe you could put in a good word. She is very responsibly and works all the time and so does my son.
