Ingredients
- 2 (meat department) sweet potato rounds
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup coconut
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, pecans and coconut together thoroughly to make a crumb topping. Place sweet potato rounds in a single layer in a lightly greased ovenproof dish. Cover with sugar-pecan mixture and bake in a 350 °F oven until topping is melted.
