This is a wonderful salad. I have made many varieties of broccoli salad, and this is one of the best. I didn't have raisins or craisins this time, but did have dried apricots. Took my kitchen shears and cut them up. It was great that way, too. I also use the bagged Oscar Meyer Real Bacon Pieces when I'm in a hurry, and that works well - approx. 3/4 to 1 full bag. Would sure like to see a section with diabetic recipes!!!!!!
