Air Fryer Butter Bacon Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 stick frozen butter, cut into small cubes
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 hamburger buns, split
- 2 slices bacon, cooked crisp
- lettuce, for serving
- red onion, sliced, for serving
- tomato, sliced, for serving
- ketchup, for serving
- mayonnaise, for serving
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together beef, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Form mixture into 2 patties about 1 inch thick.
Spray both patties with oil and place in air fryer basket. Set temperature to 375 degrees, and air fry for 14 minutes, turning once, for medium rare. Remove burgers and keep warm.
Place hamburger buns in air fryer basket. Set temperature to 400 degrees, and toast for 3 minutes.
Sandwich each burger inside one toasted bun with 1 slice bacon, lettuce, onion, tomato, ketchup, and mayonnaise. Serve warm.
