Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 2 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons Louisiana hot sauce
- ¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent dough
- oil, for spraying
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, blue cheese, Louisiana hot sauce, and Cheddar cheese.
On a lightly floured surface, spread out crescent dough, and pinch interior seams closed. Spread dough evenly with chicken mixture, leaving ¼-inch border on all sides. Roll jelly-roll style and pinch seam to seal. Place seam side down, and slice into 8 pinwheels.
Line air fryer basket with parchment paper. Working in batches of 4, spray each pinwheel with oil on both sides and place, cut side down, in air fryer basket in a single layer. Set temperature to 350˚F, and air fry for 12 minutes. Turn and spray with oil halfway through cooking. Repeat with remaining pinwheels. Serve warm.
