Acai Bowl

- 2 satchels frozen unsweetened acai purée
- 2 frozen bananas
- granola, optional
- hemp seeds, optional
- flax seeds, optional
- sliced strawberries, optional
- sliced bananas, optional
Directions
Blend together the frozen unsweetened acai purée and the frozen bananas. Split the purée between two bowls, and top them with sliced bananas, sliced strawberries, hemp seeds, flax seeds, granola, or any desired topping.
Cook’s Note: Peel the bananas before freezing.
