100 Good Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3½ cups flour
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup crispy rice cereal
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 (12-ounce) package chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with non-stick baking spray.

Cream together the butter and sugars. Beat in the oil, egg, and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, combine the salt, cream of tartar, baking soda, and flour.

Slowly beat the flour mixture into the wet mixture. Fold in the oatmeal, coconut, crispy rice cereal, pecans, and chocolate chips.

Roll into 1-teaspoon balls and place onto the prepared sheet. Press down with a floured fork.

Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
