The day begins with a simple and easy combination of healthy cottage cheese, fresh strawberries, and organic honey. The morning snack is a delicious combination of eggs and tuna, while lunch is a culinary masterpiece of grilled shrimp with a delicious watermelon salad. The afternoon snack doesn’t disappoint either thanks to my chocolate-dipped fruit with sea salt. Finally, dinner is Paula’s grilled pork tenderloin with pineapple salsa and steamed lemon broccoli.
