Is there anything like a fresh-from-the-oven cookie? We sure don’t think so! We’ve been in cookie-baking mode this winter because the oven gives us a little extra bit of warmth and because cookies and hot cocoa are a match made in heaven. While we love a good chocolate chip cookie, we’ve been trying new and unusual cookies too, like Mexican Wedding Cookies, Peanut Butter and Jelly Thumbprint Cookies, and Potato Chip Cookies.
