New Bride Soup

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 22 ounces tomato soup
- 2 cups potatoes, chopped into 1-inch cubes
- 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes
- 15 ounces carrots
- 15 ounces green beans
- 15 ounces corn
- 16 ounces navy beans, drained and rinsed
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Directions
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pot. Brown ground beef until cooked through. Add onions and cook for 5 minutes. Add in 1 cup water. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Add in more water if necessary.
