I made this recipe for thanksgiving. I have tried 3 different recipes the last 3 years but this one will be the recipe I use from now on! My daughter who is so picky came back for 3rds along with my husband and others! I did add 1 cup of flour since mine was kind of soupy and it came out perfect!!!! Can’t go wrong with this one so easy!!!

I've been using this recipe for every Thanksgiving and Christmas for the past 3 years and it's been an amazing addition! Most of the family choose to get seconds of this for dessert. =) I use almost double the sweet potato, half the sugar and double the crumble topping with a little added cinnamon. It comes across as an upside down sweet potato pie. Absolutely love it!
