Sweet and Mild Shrimp Stirfry

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cups sugar snap peas
- 1 seeded and cut into strips red bell pepper
- 1 sliced carrot
- 3 roughly chopped bok choy leaves
- 1 lb medium peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup Paula Deen Sweet and Mild Sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons can substitute toasted sesame seeds black sesame seeds
Directions
Heat wok or large sauté pan until very hot. Add Sesame oil and swirl up the sides of the wok. Toss in peas, pepper and carrots. Cook stirring constantly until just becoming tender about 3 minutes. Add bok choy and shrimp. Keep stirring until shrimp cooks through and becomes pink. Toss in bean sprouts, Paula Deen Sweet and Mild Sauce and sesame seeds. Heat through. Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve over a bowl of steamed rice, cellophane noodles or eat just as it is.
