Paula, this recipe is delicious. I would like to serve it for a wedding shower. How soon in advance can I put the cream cheese mixture and shrimp on the toasted bread. Do I store the cooked shrimp in the fridge or how do I store it to get it to a venue.

I made these to take to "The Blessing of the Fleet" in Mcclellanville,SC. We were riding on a shrimp boat and eating shrimp crostinis...how much better can it get? Everyone aboard loved them!!! Now I'm gonna take em to a Supper Bowl Party. I know they will be a hit there too!!!

Very easy and delicious! I rubbed the French bread with cloves of garlic before toasting for some added yumminess! They look impressive to guests yet they're quick and easy.
