Shrimp Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked peeled and de-veined shrimp
  • 3 hard-boiled finely chopped eggs
  • 3 stalks minced celery
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 dash onion salt
  • seasoning salt
  • celery salt
  • 8 slices your choice toasted bread
  • lettuce
  • tomato

Directions

Place shrimp in a food processor and pulse until finely minced. Transfer shrimp to a bowl and add eggs, celery and mayonnaise; mix well. Add seasonings, to taste, and stir to combine. Spread additional mayonnaise on both sides of bread. Heap shrimp salad onto bread and then cut sandwiches in half. Serve with lettuce and tomato, if desired.

when will Jamie and bobby have some new shows on? miss seeing you on tv. love your recipes, have several of your cookbooks and 2 of bobby's latest cookbooks. one of these days I hope to get to the lady & sons .
