Homemade Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 (15 oz) cans drained and rinsed black beans
- 1 small finely diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 (4 oz) can with juice chopped green chiles
- 1 small seeds and veins removed, and minced green bell pepper
- 1 small finely chopped onion
- 3 large ripe diced tomatoes
- 1 large peeled and diced avocado
- 1 peeled and diced mango
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 juiced limes
Directions
Combine all ingredients, and any extra ingredients you may want to add, in a large glass bowl. Stir well with a spoon. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until serving time. Serve with tortilla chips.
