South Georgia Caviar

Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz) cans drained black eyed peas
  • 1 (15 oz) can drained whole kernel corn
  • 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • 2 cups chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (8 oz) bottle Italian dressing
  • 1 (4 oz) jar drained chopped pimentos

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir gently to combine. Refrigerate mixture overnight. Serve with corn chips.

everyone who tries this just loves it, very easy to make, i use one can black beans and one can black eyed peas. on recent hunting trip we devoured 2 bowls in a week
