Cherry Tomatoes and Cream

Ingredients
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 quart cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
Directions
In a heavy skillet, melt butter, sugar and salt. Stir in tomatoes. Tomato skins will begin to split. At this point, add cream and stir. This recipe can be easily doubled to serve a crowd.
