Hello Paula! I love your website and recipes. One little comment about the seasons (of the year … not seasonings!). Most calendars show the Astronomical seasons (you know, on the equinox, like September 21 being the start of Fall, etc.). However, the Meteorological seasons (which the weather-professionals follow) has the seasons starting on the 1st, as follows: March 1 (Spring); June 1 (Summer); September 1 (Fall); and December 1 (Winter). These are based on a lot of meteorological data. So, I think of Labor Day as the first holiday of Fall, but on the flip side, Summer starts on June 1, NOT on June 21 (which is the beginning of shorter daylight hours!). But whatever the season, your recipes and ideas are wonderful, and sometimes I try to break out of my seasonal constraints and do a BBQ (oven or grill pan) in the middle of winter. Thanks, Paula.
