Halloween Monster Cheese Cups

Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes, juice squeezed out
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 15 mini mini phyllo shells
- 30 black olives, pitted
- 1 slice mozzarella cheese
- finely shredded Cheddar cheese, for garnish
Directions
Prepare the filling by mixing together cheddar, tomatoes, mayo, garlic, and dill. Set aside.
Cut mozzarella into small pieces and stuff olives with it to make little eyes.
When ready to serve, fill the phyllo shell with the filling, garnish with more shredded cheddar, and place the black olive & mozzarella eyes on top!
