Doodle Cake

Ingredients
Doodle Cake
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, juice and all
Icing
- 1 cup sugar
- ⅔ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Doodle Cake
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Mix all ingredients well, pour into greased and floured 9″ x 13″ dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Icing
Melt butter, then add sugar and milk. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in coconut and vanilla.
Spread on cake while hot.
