Apple Cider “Sangria”

Ingredients
- 4 ounces apple cider
- 3 ounces fresh lime juice
- 2 ounces pear syrup
- 1 dash orange bitters
- ½ tablespoon apples
- ½ tablespoon pears
- club soda
Directions
Add all ingredients, except the fruit and club soda, to a shaker; shake well, and pour over ice into glass. Add desired amount of club soda and give a quick stir. Garnish with diced apples and pears.
Tip from Paula: While I prefer to enjoy this as a non-alcoholic drink, feel free to add your favorite spirit for an adult version.
