Garden Pea Salad

- 2 cans very young early drained peas
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 boiled crumbled eggs
- 2 to 3 tablespoons to moisten mayonnaise
- chopped optional pimento
Directions
Drain peas very well. Add onions, crumbled eggs and mayonnaise. Season to taste. Add pimento (if desired.)
