Jack’s Favorite Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup low fat greek yogurt
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cut into chunks banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- to taste (optional) ice
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 1 minute until smooth.
